Per capita building energy consumption occupied space (PCEOS) for assessment of building energy consumption

Considering the factor of human in building energy consumption, proposes the concept of per capita building energy consumption occupied space (PCEOS) for the index of building energy consumption, which means that building energy consumption is essentially the energy consumption of human in buildings. Analyses the relationship between the amount of humans or area of buildings and the energy consumption. Gives the methods to evaluate building energy consumption and to calculate PCEOS in community energy planning, and points out its function and significance.
